We offer free domestic Shipping within the contiguous 48 states of America. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is available at a surcharge.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We offer $24.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders outside of America (Up to five items). Delivery times are variable and depend upon seasonality and other factors. Al Naturelle does not guarantee customs clearance of any goods. All clearance fees and documentation are the responsibility of the buyer. Please feel free to contact us for specific information prior to your purchase.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Domestic packages have a typical handling time of 48 hours and shipping time of 5 business days – You should receive your package within 7 – 10 business days of completing your order payment and will be provided with a tracking number upon goods-shipment.

International shipping times are variable and may take from fifteen to forty-five days for delivery. As a courtesy, we provide tracking details for all international orders.
